  • Herbs, teas, tinctures and capsules will last 3 years or longer when stored correctly.

  • International shipping can be arranged depending on the location. We would only consider shipping to international destinations that have a proven track record in handling shipments in an efficient and timely manner. Just send us a message by email or phone. At this time, international shipments do not qualify for free shipping.

    Once your package arrives to its destination country, it may be held at customs for inspection, and may be subject to duties, taxes and/or broker fees. Herbal Rootz Wellness do not pay the fees and we have no control over the fees.

    If you happen to have a package returned we do not refund shipping fees for returned packages due to refusal to pay duties, taxes and/or broker fees.

  • This service is for anyone that is unable to burn candles in the home or any other reason. This service will give you the opportunity to have your candle or candles burned for you. We will light a special candle for you on our altar, accompanied by relevant incantations/prayers towards your request.

HEALING CRYSTALS

  • Crystals are not just rocks and a cluster of minerals. Each crystal comes with different healing properties and work in different ways for everyone. Crystals can help energy flow as well as help to rid your body and mind of negative energy. Crystals can be used for health, wealth, love, and many other things.

  • Herbal Rootz Wellness carries a variety of crystals. Feel free to come visit our shop to get a better idea of what we offer.

  • Neither is really “better” than the other, it just depends on your preference. They work the same.

    Raw crystals are untreated and untouched; just they way you would find them if you dug them out of the dirt yourself.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

  • You have 7 calendar days to items from the date you receive it.

    Returnable items: clothing

    Some items are non-returnable or exchangeable (services, accessories, undies, jewelry, yoga socks, teas, baths, lotions, potions, perfumes, yoni products, digital products, capsules, washes/waters, candles, ritual essentials, apothecary items).

  • Herbal Rootz Wellness will not be responsible for lost or stolen returns. Please make sure you use proper tracking and delivery methods and proper insurance when shipping.

  • Most returns or exchanges are processed within 7-10 days from the time we receive your returned items.

  • Products must be unbroken, unopened and unused. No smells.

    Returned items must be in the original undamaged packaging.

    The tamper proof safety seal must remain unbroken/unopened.

    Failure to follow theses conditions will result in a reduced refund or no refund at all.

  • Shipping return costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Herbal Rootz Wellness will however cover the cost to ship a replacement product to you.

  • Herbal Rootz Wellness will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error.

  • Yes. Due to board of health policy regulations we cannot accept returns for the following items: hair accessories, hats, underwear, yoga socks, bras, jewelry and accessories.
