Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.

Returnable/exchangeable items: clothing

Some items are non-returnable or exchangeable (services, accessories, undies, jewelry, yoga socks, teas, baths, lotions, potions, perfumes, yoni products, digital products, capsules, washes/waters, candles, ritual essentials, apothecary items).

Please note, the following conditions must be met in order for a return to be s:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

• The item must be returned in its original packaging.

• You must provide proof of purchase (i.e. order number, receipt, etc.)

Process for Returning an Item:

To initiate a return, please email info@herbalrootzwellness.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will then send you instructions on how to return your item. Please note that some items are non-refundable or exchangeable. You can find that information located in the FAQ section under the about us tab.

Once we receive the returned item and have inspected it, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.

Please note:

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during the return process.

• We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
